FAQ's

Q: Are you willing to travel?
A: Yes, we are available to travel almost anywhere including all over the U.S. and Europe.

Q: What kind of equipment do you use?
A: We shoot with Nikon D700's and professional Nikkor lenses (24-70 2.8L, 18-35 2.8L, 70-200 2.8L, 50mm 1.8L). We like to shoot
with natural lighting, but if lighting is inadequate or we deem it would benefit the shot to supplement a little lighting, we use the
Nikon SB-900 Speedlights. We also have portable Elinchrom BX strobes and modifiers if we need professional lighting setup for
formals. We are experienced in color correcting and editing photos, and all our post-processing is done in-house with strict attention
to detail.

Q: Why do you offer a free engagement shoot with every package?
A: Because we are generous and we enjoy getting to know you better. When you find how
easy and fun we are to work with, there will be one less thing to worry about on your wedding day.

Q: When will our online proofs be ready?
A: Approximately 2-4 weeks. Your proofs will show up in the client area of our website. We will sent you
a link with your user name and password when they are ready to view. You, your family, and friends are
also welcome to purchase prints online with our online shopping cart system.

Q: Do you offer high resolution images on a cd?
A: Yes, we offer high resolution images a la carte (separately from our packages).

Q: What kind of albums do you offer?
A: We offer both magazine style albums and matted albums. We believe that albums should be timeless,
so our magazine style albums are simple and elegant. We don't want your wedding album to look like a
high school yearbook.

Q: How do I reserve you for my wedding?
A: A deposit of $400 holds your date in addition to signing our contract. The remainder is due two weeks before the
wedding, and can be paid with a money order, personal check, or credit card.
